Our restaurant La Cuchilla is a retreat for our house guests after an eventful day.
With pleasure we spoil our guests in "La Cuchilla" with fancy and delicious Caribbean specialties . Our dishes are inspired by the traditional cuisine of the Dominican Republic. Together with a delicious cocktail or a regional wine from the Saale-Unstrut region your palates will be spoiled.

Our Brasserie is a retreat for our house guests after an eventful day.
Inspired by the breweries of France in the 1930s, which mostly offered rustic dishes in their taverns, you can expect a small, seasonally changing menu with regional dishes in addition to an exquisite selection of drinks in our brasserie and hotel bar.
Catering for groups
For groups of guests of our house we are pleased to offer - on advance booking - an appropriate catering.
Depending on the number of guests, you can choose between a menu or a rich buffet; please contact us so that we can provide the appropriate catering for your event.
