The standard for every conference
The following services are included in all our offers:
- Air-conditioned meeting room of a size appropriate to the number of people booked
- Standard meeting equipment:
- 1 x projector with screen
- 1 x flipchart with paper and pens
- 1 x noticeboard with pins
- 1 x presentation kit
- Notepads and pens for all participants
- Free Wi-Fi in the meeting room
"Glocke shortly"
Ideal for half-day power meetings
In the afternoon on the first day and in the morning for up to 6 hours on the second day
- Meeting room including standard conference equipment
- Unlimited drinks: large bottles of water, juice, cola, etc. in the meeting room
- ‘Immer da’ coffee bar in the morning and afternoon: a selection of fine teas, the finest coffee specialities and snacks
- Soup and finger food or a two-course lunch on one day
Price:
- €68.50 per person per day
- on a full-board basis, including dinner, one drink and one night’s accommodation, plus the conference package: €189.50 per person per day
"Glocke daily"
- Meeting room including standard conference equipment
- Unlimited drinks: large bottles of water, juice, cola, etc. in the meeting room
- ‘Immer da’ coffee bar, available in the morning and afternoon: a selection of fine teas, the finest coffee specialities, and savoury and sweet snacks such as fruit, yoghurt drinks, mini pizzas and cakes
- Two-course lunch menu (choice of three dishes)
Price:
- €63.50 per person per day
- on a full-board basis, including a three-course dinner, one drink and accommodation, plus the conference package: €179.50 per person per day
"Glocke unlimited"
- Meeting room including standard conference equipment
- Unlimited drinks: large bottles of water, juice, cola, etc. in the meeting room
- ‘Immer da’ coffee bar, available in the morning and afternoon: a selection of fine teas, the finest coffee specialities, and savoury and sweet snacks such as fruit, yoghurt drinks, mini pizzas and cakes
- 3-course lunch menu with a choice of 3 main courses (Mood Food) or, for groups of 15 or more, a lunch buffet including soft drinks
Price:
- €79.50 per person per day
- on a full-board basis, including a three-course dinner, all drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks) and one night’s accommodation, plus the conference package: €218.50 per person per day
